As Chairman of the Trustee Board for Faith Baptist Church I can recommend the services of Quality First Builders, LLC based on our past experience in replacing the roof of our church. We had an asbestos shingle roof that was damaged by hail on 3/25/92. We had difficulty in obtaining a contractor that could handle the asbestos risk. When our company adjustor recommended John Burket and his company, Quality First Builders, LLC, we met with John and were impressed with his honesty and willingness to immediately provide us with information that we had been requesting from our initial contractor but could never obtain.

John also addressed many of our concerns regarding removal of the asbestos by outlining the step by step process in our contract in lieu of just trying to protect his interests. John also assisted us in our negotiations with the insurance company and helped us in revising the settlement as there was a major change in replacing all of the asbestos shingles to comply with Federal and State laws which increased the final cost.

Quality First Builders, LLC removed the asbestos shingles and installed new shingles on our education building and main auditorium in five days without creating any interruption in our church services. The job was completed promptly and professionally.
